01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a deposit, or using any service offered by vipboxlc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the vipboxlc platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. vipboxlc reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

These Terms apply to all users of the vipboxlc platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person accessing the website from the Philippines or any other jurisdiction.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the vipboxlc platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of vipboxlc, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by vipboxlc or any other gaming operator.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. vipboxlc reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met.

03 Account Registration

To access the full range of vipboxlc services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account on the vipboxlc platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vipboxlc will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• KYC Verification: vipboxlc may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any other time. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Suspension: vipboxlc reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

You agree to promptly notify vipboxlc of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting our support team at the email address provided in these Terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

vipboxlc accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours on business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits of that payment method.
• Currency: All transactions on the vipboxlc platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
• Transaction Fees: vipboxlc does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which vipboxlc accepts no responsibility.
• Declined Transactions: vipboxlc reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

vipboxlc offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. vipboxlc reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other fraudulent means — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of the player's account.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagered within the specified validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without notice.
• Modification and Withdrawal: vipboxlc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the vipboxlc platform — including Color Game, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, slots, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published on the platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing bets.

• RNG Certification: All non-live casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Our RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
• Live Games: Live dealer games, including the vipboxlc Color Game, are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical means (dice, cards, wheels) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game, vipboxlc reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all bets placed during that round. The decision of vipboxlc in such matters is final.
• Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. vipboxlc reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipboxlc platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one player account.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including coordinated wagering designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

08 Responsible Gaming

vipboxlc is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. A notification will be displayed when the session limit is approaching.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

09 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the vipboxlc platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the vipboxlc platform without our prior written consent.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vipboxlc and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decision made by vipboxlc in the exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or bonus forfeiture.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

vipboxlc's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your vipboxlc account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

vipboxlc collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the vipboxlc platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

vipboxlc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the vipboxlc platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to vipboxlc's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
